This Privacy Policy explains how Marks Lending LLC dba SEI Mortgage (“SEI Mortgage,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit seimortgage.com, submit a form, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.
Who we are. SEI Mortgage is a brand of Marks Lending LLC. Loans are originated by The Turnkey Foundation, Inc. DBA ARBOR Financial Group, NMLS #236669. Ryan Marks, NMLS #519138. Equal Housing Lender. Not available in New York or West Virginia.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, state, and details about your home financing inquiry that you enter on our forms or share on a call, text, or email.
- Communications: records of calls, texts, and emails with us. Calls with SEI Mortgage, including calls with Ava, our AI assistant, are monitored and recorded for quality and customer service. At the start of each such call, we tell you that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If you don’t want to be recorded, tell us and a loan officer can call you back directly.
- Website and advertising data: information collected automatically when you use our site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and referral and campaign information (for example, ad click identifiers and UTM parameters), through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, contact you by phone, text, or email, and schedule calls with a loan officer.
- To understand which advertising and website pages bring in inquiries and to improve our site and services.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, and to honor opt-out and do-not-call requests.
Calls and AI-generated voice
If you consent, we may contact you using automated technology, including calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice, such as Ava, SEI Mortgage’s AI assistant.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, including SEI Mortgage HELOC Updates, we use that number and your consent only to communicate with you about your inquiry. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not prevent sharing with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging and phone carriers, or where required by law. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in, and consent data are excluded from all sharing described below, except with the messaging providers that deliver our texts or where required by law.
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, form, CRM, phone, texting, scheduling, and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide services to us.
- With The Turnkey Foundation, Inc. DBA ARBOR Financial Group, the licensed lender that originates SEI Mortgage loans, only to process a loan application you choose to submit. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with them or anyone else.
- Advertising cookies (e.g., Google) receive website browsing data only; never your phone number, SMS consent, or form contents.
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared for third-party marketing, as described above.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Calls: ask us at any time to stop calling you, and we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your privacy rights
Loan application information. Information you give us when you apply for a mortgage loan is nonpublic personal information covered by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We handle it as described in the privacy notice you receive with your loan application. Some state privacy laws do not apply to information covered by GLBA.
Other information. Depending on where you live, including California and Minnesota, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Ask us to opt you out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for targeted advertising, where that right applies.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information for money. We use advertising and analytics cookies and similar technologies, such as Google Ads, to measure and improve our advertising. Where the law treats this as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising, you may ask us to opt you out by contacting us as described below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How to make a request. Email ryan@elendingteam.com or call 800-401-1363. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We will respond within the time required by law.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
