You receive these texts only if you checked the optional SMS consent box on our HELOC request form at https://seimortgage.com/heloc/, or if you texted us first at +1 424-484-0644. Texts relate only to your own inquiry with SEI Mortgage. Messages may come from Ava, SEI Mortgage’s AI assistant, or from a licensed SEI Mortgage loan officer. We use texts to answer questions about your inquiry, schedule or confirm a call, and send appointment reminders.

Checking the SMS box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or loan. SEI Mortgage is not a lead generator; we do not sell, rent, or share your number or consent with other companies.
